Privacy Policy
The short version: your market data never leaves your machine, there is no analytics on this site, and the only personal data we hold is an email address.

Your market data stays with you
Everything you import — price history, drawings, indicators, saved charts, replay sessions, backtest results — is stored in your own browser or on your own disk. None of it is uploaded, and there is no server here that could receive it.
You can confirm this rather than take our word for it: open your browser network tab while you work. It stays empty.
What we actually receive
A name and an email address, when you buy a licence or register a free key. That is the whole list.
The email address is what the key is sent to and what lets you have it sent again if you lose it. The name is what the app shows on your own badge.
We record which order a key belongs to and which devices it has been activated on. A device is identified by a random value generated in your browser — it is not a hardware identifier, and it tells us nothing about your machine.
Who else sees it
The payment provider, who takes the payment and is the source of your name and address. Card details are handled by them alone and never reach us.
Resend, which delivers the email carrying your key.
Cloudflare, which hosts this site and the small service that issues keys.
Nobody else. Your address is not sold, shared, or added to a mailing list, and there is no mailing list.
Cookies
One, named tsp_preview_access_v1. It records that you entered the preview code so the app does not ask again on every visit. It contains no personal data and no identifier.
There are no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies, because there is no advertising and no tracking.
No analytics
This site runs no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no session recorder. There is no third-party script on any page.
Data sources you choose
The app can fetch price data from Binance, and from Twelve Data using an API key you supply. Those requests go from your browser to them directly and only when you ask for them. Their privacy terms apply to what they see; we are not in the middle of it, and the key you enter is stored on your device and is never sent to us.
How long it is kept
The record of a licence is kept for as long as the licence is valid, because it is what lets a lost key be reissued. A device activation expires by itself after 400 days unused.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and it will be done.
Deleting the record of a licence also removes the ability to reissue that key, so we will say so before doing it.
Athit Tangsuksiri is the data controller for the above.
