Plain terms for a one-off purchase of a piece of software. Nothing here is a surprise, and everything here is what the software already does.

Who you are buying from
TradeSetupPRO is operated by Athit Tangsuksiri, in Thailand. Buying a licence forms an agreement between you and Athit Tangsuksiri.
Payment is taken by a payment provider rather than by us directly, so the name on your card or bank statement may be theirs. Your card details are handled entirely by them and never reach our systems.
What a licence gives you
A licence is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and nothing expires.
It covers two devices at a time. A slot is released from inside the app, so moving to a new machine needs nothing from us.
It includes twelve months of updates from the date of purchase. After that the version you hold keeps working exactly as it did, indefinitely — the update window decides which future builds your key unlocks, never whether the software runs.
The licence is personal. You may not resell it, share it, or publish the key.
What the software is
TradeSetupPRO is an analysis and testing tool. It does not place trades, it does not connect to a broker or exchange account, it does not hold or move money, and it does not give financial advice.
Backtest results describe what a set of rules would have done on the price history you supplied. Past performance — including backtested performance — does not indicate future results. Decisions you make with it are yours.
Fair use of a key
A key that is shared beyond its device limit, published, or used to obtain a licence fraudulently may be withdrawn. So may a key whose purchase was refunded or charged back.
A withdrawal is refused at the next renewal of a device rather than mid-session, so nothing stops in the middle of work.
No warranty
The software is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be free of defects or that it will suit a particular purpose, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from its use.
What we will do is fix what is broken. Report it and it gets looked at.
Changes
These terms may change for future purchases. The terms you bought under are the ones that apply to your licence; a change here does not reach backwards into a licence already sold.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
